After you request a payout, it moves through a few stages. Here's what each one means so you always know where your money stands.
Pending review
Your request is in the queue. The amount has already been set aside from your balance, and a person will check it before sending. This is normal — payouts are processed by hand, not automatically.
Approved / paid
The request cleared review and the crypto has been sent to the wallet address you gave. From here it's on its way to your wallet.
Declined / returned
The request wasn't paid out. When this happens, the full amount goes back onto your Admister balance — nothing is lost. You can fix whatever the issue was (for example, a wrong wallet address) and submit a new request.

- Make sure your wallet address is correct before resubmitting — that's the most common reason a payout comes back.
- Remember the $5 minimum applies to every request.
